Apple sauce

2 oreos
3 little pieces of caramel
water
Coffee with sugar & creamer
Soooo not to bad i’d say! Also today when I get off work I’m going to go for a quick night time jog :)

Haven’t been on in a while! Feels good to get back on though, and it makes me sooooo motivated. Cause lately I’ve been eating the shittest foods and just not caring whatsoever. But I’m stoping that tomorrow for real! I can’t keep eating like this if i expect to look good and lose weight. Well back to writing out my meals a day before and posting motivation pics cause thats what seemed to work pretty damn well last time. Sooo here we go again :)
Breakfast: strawberries and brown sugar oatmeal
Lunch: string cheese, salad w/ italian dressing, carrots and crackers.
Dinner: Chicken Caesar salad and strawberry special k bar
